The shower design could use curtains to prevent flooding!!! Parking was a hassle due to limited availability and busy street traffic. Charging $25 for a broken soap dish seems excessive when considering quality!!!

I loved staying at El Encanto Inn & Suites. The charming boutique hotel created a tranquil atmosphere right in the heart of San Jose. Friendly staff made us feel welcomed from the start. The pool area was a perfect spot to relax after our daily explorations of local restaurants and shops. The room was cozy with comfortable beds, though we noticed that the bathroom could use a ceiling fan for ventilation. Conveniently, countless dining options were just a block away. However, the noise from nearby bars could be a bit loud at times, especially at night. It’s essential to be prepared for that if you need a good night's sleep. While there were minor inconveniences, like limited parking and occasional noise disturbances, these did not overshadow the overall enjoyable experience.

In my wife’s opinion, a baby-friendly dining option for breakfast would be appreciated. Access to snacks or light meals without heading out would make things easier for families.
